Controls are a pain in the butt at first but after you get used to them its kind of fun, and imo more strategy based and less fast clicking then the others since it practically goes at TBS pace giving you time to think about what you're doing. I really loved this game right from the start but WC 3 is still my favorite. Who wonders? 8 years is a very long time especially in the game business. You can hardly compare those 2 parts.
