So much people still playing warcraft III… For the only reason it’s one of the best game ever made!
A warcraft 4 would be really cool but with everybody dying on WoW (Illidan, Kil Jaeden, Kel Thuzad and probably even Arthas in Warth Of The Lich King) they would need to “erase” what happened in wow and start from the end of warcraft 3; the other possibility would be to start the story a long time after those event with complete new heroes, alliances, etc…
I would really love a Warcraft with all the races of WoW…
lol? Warcraft 4 is technically World of Warcraft cause… It’s the fourth Warcraft game… And it’s Wrath of the Lich King, not Warth of the Lich King. Kil’Jaeden isn’t actually killed, in the Fury of the Sunwell instance he is just sent back to where he was summoned from.
OK now listen up people wc1 were good game and wc2 i didn’t know for them when i had 5-6 years my dad bringed home warcraft 3 game i played it like a crazy man when expasion came i turned it to end in 1 momment then i tryed WOW but wow so mutch sucks in wow you can lose your mind beacause of bring music and graphic and players and the map and quests…! But when i heard for diablo 3 i were happy ( i were playing 2 years no 1 year diablo 2 all the time cool game 100 times better than a WOW!) but when i heard for WarcraFT 4 I WAS SO SO HAPPY!

Warcraft 4 would indeed be a welcomed addition in the franchise. However i’m pretty sceptical, what with World Of Warcraft (rubbish IMO), which has taken the warcraft series in a new and possibaly irriversable direction. Starcraft 2 is here very soon, and Diablo III is only round the corner. Don’t keep your hopes held to high, or you may fall a long way when they get shot down.
Warcraft 4 would be one of the most awesome things to hit the market in the eyes of many of my friends and I….
The thing I would really look forward to, and really hope that if it ever came would be implemented is, more player capability, having much more than 12 players in a game would be awesome, and would allow more flexibility to large clans(The clan I’m in plays clannie only risk games and many times there’s way more than 12 wanting in…).

I am so unhappy, now that I know that w4 is probably not commin out. I know that WoW is freakin popular but I don’t play it. Maybe ’cause I don’t like the genre, maybe ’cause I’m still naive and waiting that there will be some continue of warcraft rts. I think I take wow as totally another game which is not derived from warcraft rts.I think it’s only some kind of alternative. Blizzard made World of Warcraft. But why? I am just a consumer, but I think the very main point why to create WoW was business, even if they say it wasn’t. Ok, wow is something that has to be in gaming world, but I think it has already exhausted its resources and now it’s up to blizzard to continue producing warcraft rts or just to develop some new storyline. There WILL be Warcraft 4 or Warcraft 3 newer expansion. They stopped making Warcraft and started making World of Warcraft after Frozen Throne, but the story is running out so they will eventually make Warcraft 4. You never know when until they announce it, but be sure there will be a new Warcraft.

WoW is a different IP from the warcraft seriese so WoW isnt a warcraft game.There is a high chance that warcraft 4 will come out since it would make them &*(%^ TON of money. And its also likely because theyve already got sequals for diablo and starcraft in the works so why not make it a hat trick?

I don’t know where this whole logic of Warcraft 4 will make them lose money from WOW…They are 2 totally different styles of games. I would love to see a warcraft 4, I found WOW incredibly boring and repetitive and I loved the custom maps on WC3 so I’m stoked to see what you can do in terms of custom maps on WC4
I mean they have plenty of story line to go with, i mean WoW, has the story line you interact with, but Wow is nothing close to an RTS.
As for story line, you have Aldor v. Illidan, Scryer v Kael’thas, the two merging into SSO, thus fighting Kil’Jaeden at the sunwell. hell thats just recent events, thats leaving a lot open. . .

They will make a WC4 when WoW becomes much less popular, look at all kinds of games, they develop and change so expect WC4 in about 10 years. It’s simple economics, supply and demand, demand for WoW is up so when it goes down they come up with something else. This is why Blizzard is a rich company and can afford the best programmers to create the best games.

I’ve been playing warcraft 3 for a while now, and i’ve gotta say it is pretty damn awesome and a 4th game would be great, i’ve never played WoW and probably never will for i see it as a waste of time, warcraft 3 i see as a not so waste of time for some reason, same with starcraft (cant wait for number 2)
In My opinion, they will make a 4th game, today,tommorow, a year, 2 years, simply cos they can’t live off WoW forever, its already lost a lot of its players, starcraft didnt have that many in the first place and its been since 2003 ( i think ) since a new warcraft expansion / game came out, so they’ll just revert back to it
Kinda obvious they aren’t going to make one, the Warcraft 3 Series pertains to the series of World of Warcraft, if they did make something new, they’d have to add anothe villian.
Wow is one of the greatest successful games out there, and with WOTLC its becoming the greatest MMoRPG ever as thier last installment. I’ve played warhammer, and I have a voodoo comp, best as you can get, and sadly, warhammer sucked balls.
I’ve grown quite fond of Wow, its the best game, I quit though, but i’ll be back soon. Enjoy the last installment..

Usual MMoS for Blizzard take about 4 years to develop, and 1-2 years for a sequel. So we’ll be playin for quite a bit..
And im Guessing after the diablo team is done with Diablo 3, they’d get started on another brand, something else other then Starcraft, Warcraft, or Diablo. This is probably all were gonna get, for now. So enjoy it all while you can, don’t exspect much.

Warcraft III and TFT are the best games I have ever played. I bought RoC back in 2002, and I am still playing these games to this day.
The thought of a WCIV makes me cream my pants. Imagine todays technology/graphics combined with the gameplay of WC3. LOL you guys understand that when blizzard undertakes a project at the same time as another project they can just hire more people right? Hence, the number of games they churn out is restricted only by marketing, how one game release will affect the profit of another. Just because they make WoW and its expansions (which might I mention is still played by millions of people and therefore not crap, ot for an MMO anyway) doesnt mean they cant make other games. While admittedly they are already working on an RTS, an MMO and an RPG at present, Blizzard aren’t known for letting profit go unexploited and they always create quality games.

Warcraft 4 was confirmed at blizzcon. They said Starcraft 2’s campaign would be release in 3 parts. They later added they would also use that system for WARCRAFT 4.
Someone in that disscusion sayed “They must make W4 coz they dont have content for makeing new WoW expansions”.
But why the heck bliz sayed “Blah we have at least content for 2-3 expansions”.

I have to say when I saw the preview of Starcraft 2, I was really impressed with the overall graphics and new unit types. I was however, let down by Blizzard not introducing new race types as WarCraft does.
I believe WarCraft 4 would be made but not released for a year or three (2012). The original WarCraft and WarCraft 2 is where its at!!!! Also I would like to see the unit cap taken out, if you have enough supplies for 10,000 units so be it!!!!
As for the comment about WarHammer, that game was made for a table top not a PC

I want WC4… with the races from WoW..
Imagine 10 races battling against each other.. and it will take maybe 20 years before it would suck..
Because due to a lot of races there will be a lot of strategies, techniques, tactics and gameplays..
WCG would gradually endorse WC4 to its list of games and many players who would have talents similar to like Moon, Grubby, SkY and etc will rise.. and blizzard will never lose profit for WCG has a lot of sponsors and WC4 IMO will be recognized as the greatest Strategy game of the century..I just hope micromanagement and resource gathering would be similar or maybe even improved…

Ummm… who ever said WC4 would have to erase what happened in WoW, to make the story work, is a dumbass, because WC3 and WoW are two different games, WoW was supposed to let you experience being a hero in the Warcraft world, you choose your destiny, you will notice that you shape the adventure for yourself, if you realize the last Dranei area quest, where you kill the demon and get that kickass tabard, you will see how all the sudden, NPC’s will gather around and cheer for your name saying that you are the hero and all that shit. So… in conclusion, WC4 would not have to go with what happened in WoW, it will just pave way for what happens next in WoW, if it comes out(hopefully), And btw who the hell is the asshole that said there would be a World of Starcraft, that was a sick and evil April fools joke, oh and another thing, SC2 will probably have a DotA of some sort, I CANT WAIT

EVERY other game blizz has made has just had either an expansion or sequel released, with poor ol WC3 just waiting for its next installment.
It has already been said by blizzard that if another warcraft is created, its storyline will not be influenced at all by WOW.
Now some odd people seem to think that its impossible for blizz to release another WC because so many people play WOW right now, what i dont get is how no one else here had the common decency to think that one could play BOTH games (albeit not at the exact same time :P) without dropping out of one or the other.
And i agree with another poster in this thread, WoW isnt shit to anyone but the people who dont play it or dont like MMOs… and concerned parents. And i know, this may sound impossible, but it is actually possible to enjoy a game such as WOW without getting addicted to it, revolving your life around it, or mindlessly following it, if you’re not a dumb#%!$.

I think that WC4 will work fine whether they tie in WoW or not. I had an idea that if Blizz wanted to, they could have WC4 run along the same timeline as WoW, with the Black Temple and Sunwell, as well as Naxxramas as some of the major campaign events. Most of the other raids in WoW don’t really tie in with the main storyline.
Having a few more races would be nice, but hard to pull off. There isn’t enough you can do with the Trolls or Tauren on their own, and without those 2 the Orcs are short many of their WC3 units. Adding the Dwarves and Gnomes as their own race is a good idea, and you could pretty easily replace the Mortar Teams in WC3. A little harder to get a good ranged unit though…
The Draenei and High/Blood Elves are a bit more of a problem of course. You could make the Draenei Warriors and Shamans, and hunters might work so-so, but it would be a stretch to do much else. They lack cavalry for example…maybe Elekk riders?
The Blood Elves would work with their Blood Knights (preferably heroes), hunters, mages and perhaps warlocks, but again, it would be a little bit hard to make an entire race out of them.
The Scourge is good as they are, I like them. expand them as well as possible, and add more creepy abilities and undead units to their ranks. The Night Elves, while I hardly played them in WC3, I believe to be great as well. Add another Druid form maybe, and again, more units and spells.
It would also be good to add another hero type or two to each faction if possible, and some new neutral building. Revise the resources a little, because a couple things would have been better with a different balance to them, and it really sucks when you’re playing a long, drawn out game and you run out of resources anywhere on the map, doesn’t it? That’s happened to me just once.

until warcraft Iv is confirmed, then it will not be being made (even though blizzard is good at covering things up).
on the website it says that there hiring people for a secret project (MMO), so i think that World of starcraft or diablo will be created first, then possibly warcraft IV once lots of people has transferred to the new MMO.
the warcraft movie is set 2/1 years after warcraft III so during that time alot could of changed and it could be a good start for a new warcraft game plus most of the plot and setting will already be shown in the movie.

There won’t be a Warcraft 4 IMO. It is a game based entirely off of lore, they can’t just create new lore characters thats what makes the Warcraft series so good is the story.
WoW will continue to evolve as it has over 11 million player base that is growing even larger… Warhammer was a fly to the swatter. They open new servers by the week, bringing in more and more money.
I can see them evolving the Starcraft universe to as far as an FPS after Starcraft 3. As for Diablo 3, you won’t even be seeing that for awhile as they are giving all of their attention to releasing Starcraft 2.
Many people are confused as to where WoW picked off of. It started 4 years after the end of WC3, and continued the storyline with the defeat of Illidan and the banishment of Kil’jaeden. Now with Wrath they are going to kill off the Lich King.
WoW will finish the original Warcraft storyline with the return of the Burning Legion as there are still many members left Kil’jaeden ain’t dead yet and Sargeras could still be out there.
i heard a few days ago that there making a third expansion for wow, but who is there left to kill?

I’m not too worried about there being a WC4. I’m worried about not having a WC4. The thing is WoW goes off of WC storylines. The fact that they make god-modey characters killable, no matter how big of a group you need, means that the storylines are running out. If there is no WC4, the storyline will run out and WoW will crash and burn due to the lack of anything new. They basically got themselves into a dead end too. With the main characters dead, and soon Arthas too, barely and new story can be made for WC4. There may have to be a big time jump so that new characters can be introduced. Oh yeah, people say that WC4 may not bring in alot of money opposed to WoW expansions. I would like to point out that it got that best game award before. SC2 looks like it might do the same. If a new warcraft game is made, with hopefully a better world editor with a guide, it should bring in alot of money. And it shouldn’t be too hard since they have most of the mechanics from WC3 made. All they need to do is put in new units and story.
Warcraft 4 should go off of the WoW story, but as an RTS game. Then by doing that it’ll be able to progress further.

Alright, I think there will be a warcraft 4 and no, they do not need to continue it from WoW due to the fact that WoW is an MMO and Wc3 is an RTS.
Warcraft 3 is one of the best RTS out there, no matter what anyone says.
I think they should expand on the races but not as much as one other poster had decieded because then the advantages and disavantages of it would just be too much for blizzard to handle and we could be looking into waiting till 2011 for the game to come out.
I have not properly looked into Warcraft, I just have a gut feeling that blizzard would release on this due to the fact Warcraft 3 is still a popular game.
I really do hope they make another warcraft rts.. or at the very least a new expansion; but with today’s demand for higher quality graphics it’d have to be an entirely new game. I think it’s unanimous that there’s need for new races and units, but I’m sure with all the brains and geek juice running thru the bliz bank these days that these nerds could prolly even revamp the battle system. The micro system worked out, battle fluidity maybe even? There’s much room to improve, even on such an amazing game. wow has great graphics for a computer game, but i think that it gets boring and is kinda pointless so i look up wow addicts and laugh because some say they play 70+ a week, i think people should seriously cut back on wow. Warcraft 4? Would be splendid. Enhanced graphics. Additional interfaces. New units. New races. New, New, New… And hopefully a better balanced game/ Let’s face it. Warcaft 3 is the Ultimate master of RTS. It is being played everywhere till this day… They must bring out a WC4. But they should balance it out and for the love of god. They should not add any DRM or even think about approaching shit like Steam.
I would really love Warcraft IV. I am a huge Warcraft III fan, and I would totally by the game if it came out. There are some things that I would change though- Better graphics, tons more units, and a first person mode. I would also really like to see you be able to customize your own hero, make him first person and have him lead your army to fight others. Lets say you pick up some body armor or something, it would show it on your character. Last I think that the Dranei and Blood Elves should be races. I really hope the game comes out- it’d be a HUGE hit.

If a game like this ever existed it would surely beat every standar. I am a fan of Warcraft 3 and Rome Total War and I definetly think that this would be the better idea to launch a strategy game of the World of Warcraft (nothing to relate to the MMO). This idea would be the perfect chance for Blizzard for launch a strategy game of Warcraft without chance the content already shown in Wow and other games.

Wow is a dying game and blizzard is a better Rts producer than it Is a rpg producer. I love playing Warcraft 3. And I love the thought of Warcraft 4. But as it is, blizzrd is in it for the money and a safe place to put that money is in another expantion for wow.

Warcraft 3 is really easy to understand and play, and what made it more fun is the custom maps made by users. I don’t think there will be a ‘Warcraft IV’ but maybe a new expansion for “Warcraft III”. The reason is simple, Low Requirements.
WoW does not have the same audience as Warcraft 3 so it would not lose business if Warcraft 4 came out. I don’t play WoW, but I play Warcraft 3. I prefer NOT having heros. A game to me should be pure. I want to site down and play it like chess and then forget it when I’m not playing it. That way the game is part of your life and not about your life. I can’t wait for wacraft 4. I just want more more more units and kinds of terrain and ways to win etc.. that way I can come up with cool strategies. Balance is an ever changing thing and I say just release the game (starcraft 2 etc…) and then start making changes every time a player finds the holes. Without the proper intel(spying) you will never be able to have the perfect strategy anyway. War has a lot to do with collecting information so cheeseball strategies are great as long as there are easy counters for them. That makes the game fun and funny!

Okay guys, first of all if Diablo is the forefather for the most legendary game then it help create the mario series, (which frankly I am shammed to say that it is the most legendary game but its true). I have been playing Warcraft since I was like five, when it was first released with the feud between humans and orcs, at the time the game was the shit. After that the release of number 2 made my eyes bleed with excitement. Then I fell in love with StarCraft and it is still a favorite of mine today. (BTW I’ll beat you at 4v4.) Warcraft 3 is now still since 03 my favorite computer game. WoW is addicting as hell and is fun, although not my kind of game. I just recently got back into Diablo but I still have to play it in moderation with out having thoughts of blowing my brains out. The idea of boycotting would likely result in the fall of the hole franchise even if we somehow got alot of people to buy Warcraft three. If Blizzard does end up making a Warcraft 4 it would be a good game even if they incorporated the WoW storyline. Thanks Blizzard Your yet to disappoint.

It is unclear wether there will be a Warcraft 4 or not, but Blizzard did say that if there was, it would ignore World of Warcraft.
if they made a wc4 they should make it a more epic rts instead of a smallish area of a battle make it more like bfme2 style with a huge map but keep things like gold mines also make it encompase the entire continent so the map would be insanly huge and have nearly infinte things happening for ex furbolg tribe is attacking corrupted furbolgs or somin like that the only problem i could see is the amount of comp space needed for this would be huge so u gotta remove ur WoW for some space o well (btw this is a rly rough idea)
there are 2 options for them in my opinion:
1. there will be no wc4
2. wc4 will be a RTS game with the shortest storyline ever made (and people won’t like it at all)but it will also be an online RTS game where you’ll have to pay lots of money to play it, like WoW.
I think the reason there are so much wc3 lovers is that in wow there’s no storyline but in wc3 the storyline is HUGE!!!I can’t even remember all of it without looking in the game.And we want the story to continue. This is probably off topic. The one thing I liked about WC3 vs. WoW was how you didn’t have to log in every single day. You play a game, you have fun and it’s a win or lose. Sure you can save the replay and watch your amazing victory, or figure out wth happened out there.
WoW on the other hand, is a psychological nightmare. I played for four years (since day two the game came out) and it took me long enough to realize this. 1. It takes too long to level. 2. By the time you hit the level cap and go for items and think you’re on the way to being the best, blizzard adds more stuff and the process repeats. You never reach the top of your server unless you sacrifice your own social life. All the time you spent on acquiring your “epic” gear was a waste.
3. The phrase
I’m sure you hear on television for the WoW commercials: “What’s your game?” Doesn’t really apply too much to raiding (which is what WoW is). A raiding game for the content. In raiding you have to press your certain buttons in a specific order to get the best amount of dps or healing. “Talk about lame!” Where’s the individuality? Where’s the skill?
WC3 required flexibility with one’s own strategy. WoW… the only freedom one had was the PvP, but it never ended.
I really hope they make a WC4. Back in the old days of WC3 one could have a social life and be able to play every so often.

Thank you guys. I really hope they don’t make us pay to play. Besides… Blizzard has millions of dollars, but if there is a serious money making opportunity, they’ll go for it. I’m going to ask you all something once I finish this idea. The way I see Blizzard right now, we’re going to be stuck without a WC4 for quite some time. Probably 2-3 years. We’re in a phase I like to call, “The old Starcraft hang time.” (Weird… I know, but bear with me). After Starcraft was made, Blizzard began bringing in new products such as Warcraft III. Once they saw the amount of people playing online with the clan system, they decided to create a World of Warcraft. Meanwhile, Starcraft was in limbo. People kept on playing, but obviously not as much as its first year of release. Some people probably felt it was dying and that a new one would never be created. Now, Starcraft will be getting its loyal fan base back (most of it I hope) with the new game coming out. Now for Warcraft players, it’s our job to keep playing Warcraft III and to get as many people back into the game in order to keep it alive. Blizzard is too busy making Diablo III, and the other future WoW expansions. Now here come my questions. Is Starcraft II being released into three different games? What was the highest level one could reach with Everquest? I have a feeling Blizzard could end the game with the level cap being 100. In that case, they’d need to find a new game to have their fan base turn to. (The hope of it being Warcraft 4). So we’re in limbo right now, and there is one problem with the slim possibility of WoW ever falling apart and ending at level 100: They have millions of fans, and some have never played a Warcraft game in their lives. If Blizzard creates WC4 and many of their new fans are in support of it, they could easily tack on a monthly fee because they have the support and people would be willing to pay for it. We might not, but the other guys playing WoW could. So I really hope they don’t tack on a monthly fee to the game. As Taylor said, it would indeed be a bummer. I know this info on Starcraft because of my cousins. They love that game and have told me all about it. I never played Starcraft online, but I’m just putting two and two together… or at least trying to. lol
wow, you covered alot of points. First of all I think that Starcraft is a great game online and off, and I am anxiously waiting for number 2. Here are the problems though; first, blizzard is making money out the ass from diehard wow addicts that pay a certain fee every month to play. Look at it from blizzards persoective now and think of how many people would pay a monthly fee to play and online rts game. (ie. Starcraft, diablo, Warcraft). After understanding that blizzard wants money not convenience, It seems that paying I going to be a very realistic option for Warcraft 4.
To answer your questions.
I do not believe Starcraft will be releaesed into three seperate games but I have not heard anything about this so I cannot answer factualy.
As for everquest, I do no see blizzard ending everquest with level 100, but when it does reach it’s cap, blizzard will have recently released a new game for people to turn to. ( hopefully Warcraft 4).
And as for wow falling apart, I hope so, but I hvemet some wow addicts that are the kind of people that will be playing the game on their deathbeds. But I hope wow will fall apart just before the release of warcraft 4.
There is one more thing I would like to bring up, and I got this idea from one of my good friends that I play Warcraft 3 with, it is an idea that is pretty far out htere, but mabey instead of a Warcraft 4, mabey another expantion on Warcraft 3. The idea has it’s ups and downs, but I think any Warcraft rts game blizzard releases will be good.

I dont think they will make a warcraft 4 but maybe they will increase the level cap in wow so that people keep playing it. The truth is , WoW crapped on the warcraft storyline and its eating more so it can crap more. Did you people realize that kel’thuzad is more powerfull then archimonde in wow? Archimonde is more than 25k years old but kel’thuzad is hardly 70 or 80. Archimonde can call down 6-8 infernals and he can also open portals to bring doom guards and fel hunters. Kel’thuzad can nova and bla bla bla. Archimonde can kill kel’thuzad so fast , he wont even understand who hit him. Also broken draenei were allies with the blood elves but elves of kael are attacking draenei at wow and velen is stronger than archimode too but didnt archimonde accept the “blessing of the legion” and became stronger than any normal eredar ( not man’ari eredar but normal eredar we know then as draenei ). So how could Velen have 5578k hp but archimonde has 4900k? You cant keep a storyline at mmorpg games. Maiev was dead but doesnt she aid us killing illidan?

I also do not think story lines are even important, I always play Custom Games, when it comes to RTS games, such as WC or SC.
I did play the WC2 campaign however, and I considered only the complex custom-game like missions to be more fun. I would like to point out that I am not rejecting Campaign story lines, but I do prefer better game play when it comes to RTS.

What will end Wow and start a new RTS and make Wow 2.
Seems to me like Warcraft’s lore and real gaming history is what fuels WoW and sets it apart. After SC2 comes out and makes loads of money Wow will lose steam. Why? its already happening, Cataclysm is setting the world up for a new experience. Where? They don’t even know.
After Cataclysm I doubt there will be another expansion, especially with games “like” this coming out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUo4Ej5pOQw&feature=related. No matter what the universe, graphics and game play that good (non-RPG style) can’t contend with that, so they go back to the drawing board and set up the world’s factions with war stories(with RTS)for WoW2. Be prepared to wait.
By non-RPG style I mean no auto click-n-hit, actual combos and destructible environments, for a game based on leveling this is essential. Because already believe me WoW is showing its age.
(What I’m saying is the RTS is the engine of the MMO,
if there’s a new MMO in the future there will be an RTS to set it up)

There is no reason for blizzard to not make warcraft 4. It’s true that wow is insanely popular but wc3 is popular as well. And saying that they will only make wc4 if wow loses its popularity is retarted cause its not like blizzard isnt trying to make money. besides wow is another genre then wc3 / wc4 and there are alot of people who hate wow and love wc3.

i think wow is the most boring game in the history of games ive seen paint dry more interesting than wow i mean wow gets incredibly boring very fast and is just WAY too reapetative like 1,2,3 repete 1,2,3 repeat wene warcraft 3 TFT has a shit load of diff custom games and is never wow’s stupid 1,2,3 style

i love WC3+TFT and all the other old warcraft and iv played them for years, but iv only player wow for about 2 years (and that is with about half a year of pause)and i think that Wc3 is the best game iv ever played. wow is great in moderate doses but its so long and gets boring so fast where you in Wc3 can always make new games and stuff. but even Wc3 gets boring sometimes couse its the same races, the same objektive the sam eamount of players and other stuff. i had the idea that they mabey could make a game about before the great wars mabey some of the heroes from the Warcraft stories could be put in a campaign mixed with some of the original heros like the night elves tyrande and furion so you could play out what happend centuries before the great wars.

also another thing is that WoW is a good game, but it does get boring after some time. the new WoW coming out will be fun till we reach lvl 90 and fight some PvP’s but eventually it will get boring. wc4 will bring out a new possible story line for us to play with. (and we wont have to pay for it every month). with new carectuers, and new heros, possibly new races, wc4 would the best idea for blizzard entertainment. besides, i still wanna see wat happned to kael’thas, and the naga bitch.

I was playing when it was released, I am playing now and I will play it another 7 years, unless wc4 comes. I’ve just read an article saying, that wc4 can be released, even in 2011. I want new races - not only 4. I think it is fucking stupid - there are hundreds of units and they could’ve made at least 8 races. It is a thing that needs changes. And wc3 is full of things that could’ve been done better. That is what i expect from wc4 (if it comes, and i really hope yes). And the heroes can be revived, or new can be made. I think that for Blizzard it is not even a small problem.
P.S. The only thing I am afraid of - if they make wc4, won’t they make a so called “totally new”, “different” game, what would destroy old rules? I really have a feeling that WC4 will be announced in Blizzcon 2010 or 2011, depends on if their gonna make a new MMORPG. But knowing Blizzard, they will milk it until both SC2 expansions come out (probably about 2012-2013). I have played the beta of Battle.net on SC2 it is sick. Blizzard says they will continue to use this platform for other games.

Warcraft RTS. is one of the best strategy games ever made, no… it is the best i mean wc3 blizzard III came out in 2000. and people still play it and has batter quality than most games that are made even now. and i think Wow is a great project but what brough’t blizzard to the top is Warcraft RTS and i think that milion of people would buy it again just because a new project of it is out. i mean let’s review: 1st warcraft(I) came out and after than (II) and so on and every time they created a new version the quality and everything else has gotten batter and batter all the time. So i think Wc(IV) would be a total kickass and best sold game for the next 5-6years again just as Wc(III) was. 8 years have passed since last wc (RTS) game was released and thousand’s , milion’s still play it.
